Tasting a lot of wines is a regular burden put on the team at WineCollective. They sample hundreds of wines to get at perfect selection for our monthly offerings. In the process of sampling all that wine, we on the Insight team thought why not automate that process and get a machine to do it?. AI Wine recommendations are the hottest thing, why not AI Wine Tasters? Well, unfortunately because of the silicon biology computers don't have taste receptors, so we will cheat and use decriptions of the taste from our professional wine reviewers. So we gathered our own wine reviews and over 100,000 reviews from around the web and came up with the Blind Tasting with AI
